How to reach the Cirrus buried treasure

  1. Accept Scott Nebula's quest in the upper settlement.
  2. Move toward the tower-side outer edge of Cirrus Island.
  3. Descend below the grass to the narrow red-brown ledge.
  4. Equip a shovel and dig close to the dark rock wall.
